Meet Kasia Joy

I’ve been where you are.

Hi, I’m Kasia.

For years, I believed that if I worked hard enough, achieved enough and kept improving myself, I would eventually feel fulfilled.

My story

But no matter how much I accomplished, it never quite felt like enough.

  1. 1

    The belief

I built a successful career in business and IT, including leadership roles. I was capable, responsible and good at getting things done.

There was always another goal. Another challenge. Something else I should be doing. And even when I had time to rest, I struggled to enjoy it.

  2. 2

    One question

During a difficult period in my life, I noticed a familiar voice in my head: “Achieve more.” I asked: “Achieve what?” The answer surprised me: “It doesn’t matter what. Just achieve.”

I realised I had become so used to achieving that I no longer knew how to feel good about myself without it. And a much deeper question emerged:

  3. If I stop achieving,
    who am I then?
  4. 3

I couldn’t think my way out of it

I did what I knew best. I analysed, read, learned and tried to understand myself. But understanding why I felt a certain way didn’t necessarily change how I felt.

What made a difference was learning to go beyond thinking. To connect with my emotions. Listen to my body. Notice what I truly needed, rather than what I thought I should do.

Sometimes I gained a new understanding. Sometimes I simply felt something shift. It took years, and it wasn’t always easy. But gradually, I began to experience something different: I could still be ambitious, without needing to achieve to feel worthy.

    Why I became a coach

Today, I bring together my experience in business and leadership, my coaching training and years of personal exploration.

I work with successful people who are used to figuring everything out themselves, but who are beginning to wonder why success doesn’t feel as satisfying as they expected.

We don’t just talk about what’s happening in your life. We also make space to explore what you’re feeling, including what you may not yet have words for.

  6. 5

    Success and joy can coexist

I still love creating, learning and achieving. But today, success also means enjoying the life I’m living, not just working towards the next thing.

Having time for the people I love. Resting without guilt. Being present. Feeling good about myself, even on days when I haven’t been productive.

That’s why I created Success with Joy. Not to help you become someone better, but to help you feel more at home with who you already are.

Executive Confidant & Inner Connection Coach

Not a traditional coach. A confidant you can tell anything, without judgment, and it stays between us. And a coach who goes beyond analysis, because the answers you’re looking for rarely come from thinking harder. They come from what you already know at a deeper level.

Is the goal to climb the highest mountain?
Or to climb your own?

That’s what Success with Joy means to me: consciously choosing your mountain, and enjoying the climb. Because the way up matters just as much as the summit.

Let’s talk.

If something in my story feels familiar, I’d love to hear yours.

P.S. Why the dragonfly and the tree

A dragonfly spends most of its life under water, out of sight, before it rises into the air in its true form. With eyes that see in almost every direction at once, it has long been a symbol of change and of seeing beyond the surface.

Inside it grows a tree of life. Roots, trunk and crown belong together: the stronger the roots, the more beautiful the crown.

That’s what this work is about for me. Helping you feel deeply grounded, so you can be fully present and let your crown grow. Roots and crown, connected, for a life that feels meaningful.
