Protecting your personal data matters to me. This policy explains what data is processed when you visit this website or get in touch, why, and what rights you have. This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics tools.

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit the website, Netlify automatically processes technical data that your browser transmits, such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser type and version, operating system and referring URL (server log files). This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). Netlify processes this data on my behalf under a data processing agreement. Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).
If you send a message via the contact form, the details you enter (name, email address and your message) are processed to answer your enquiry. The form is provided through Netlify Forms; submissions are stored on Netlify’s servers and forwarded to me by email.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, where your enquiry relates to a possible coaching agreement, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Providing your data is voluntary, but without it I cannot respond.
Please only share what you are comfortable sharing in a first message. You don’t need to include sensitive details, such as information about your health; we can talk about anything personal in a call.
Your data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply (for example, if a coaching agreement is concluded).
If you contact me by email, your email address and the content of your message are processed to answer your enquiry, on the same legal bases and with the same deletion rules as described for the contact form.
To book a discovery session, you can use the scheduling service Calendly, provided by Calendly LLC, 115 E Main St, Ste A1B, Buford, GA 30518, USA. Calendly’s booking page only opens on Calendly’s own website when you click the booking button. No Calendly content, scripts or cookies are loaded on this website.
When you book, Calendly processes the information you enter (your name, email address, the time you choose and your optional answers to the booking questions) on my behalf, so that I can schedule and prepare our conversation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract). Calendly acts as my processor under a data processing agreement.
Your data may be transferred to the USA. Calendly states that it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; in addition, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply. While you are on Calendly’s website, Calendly’s own privacy notice applies. I delete booking data once it is no longer needed for our work, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
The fonts used on this website are hosted on this website’s own server. No connection to external font providers (such as Google) is made when you visit.
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption, recognisable by “https://” in your browser’s address bar, so that data you transmit cannot be read by third parties.
